Our top priority at Authentic Basketball is to ensure the safety of all our players during this time. In the almost 4 months since the state of Illinois re-opened our gyms, we are proud to say we have had zero cases or outbreaks of

COVID-19 within our camp. In order to help ensure the continuation of that success, these are our rules & protocols in place:

- Temperature checks are mandatory at all events (anyone with a reading higher than 100.4 degrees will not be allowed inside the facility. No Exceptions)

- At this time, masks must be worn to enter the facilities, & masks must be worn on the court during all of our events held

- COVID questionnaire filled out prior to entering the gym

- Basketballs are sanitized every 30-40minutes 

FAQ

What if my child tests positive for COVID-19?

If your child tests positive for COVID-19, we ask that you contact us immediately to inform us. Your child will not be able to attend workouts again until they have finished a 2 week quarantine. 

What if my child tests positive for COVID-19 at one of the workouts?

In the event your child tests positive for COVID-19 from one our workouts, we ask that you contact us immediately to inform us. We will proceed by contacting all other parties involved who may have potentially been exposed. Anyone who may have been exposed (players & coaches) will be asked to provide a negative test result to return to workouts immediately. Those who test positive (or choose to not be tested) will be asked to quarantine for 2 weeks before returning.

Can I be refunded for workouts I signed up for if there is an outbreak?

If your child tests positive & can't attend workouts, OR if there is an outbreak within the camp that causes workout session to be cancelled, you will be issued a FULL refund for the sessions missed.
